While the look of the website may be dull, the fiction it houses shines more brightly than most work sandwiched between glossy covers. The bare-bones background of the website seems right: readers only have eyes for the stories, and stories matter, as this journal proves. One of the more established online literary journals with forty issues under its belt, stories vacillate between long and short, innovative and traditional, but one thing remains consistent: some of the strongest up-and-coming voices on the web are here.
